Automatic Call Back

Automatic Callback keeps trying the same number for you, letting you know when the line is available.

Automatic Recall

No more dashing to the door when you hear the phone ring — Automatic Recall lets you take your time because with the press of a button you can call back the last number to ring your line.

Call Forwarding

Call Forwarding allows you to transfer calls to ring at any other phone, while still allowing you to place outgoing calls normally.

Call Waiting

Call Waiting signals you when someone else is trying to reach you during a phone call. It sends you a beep-tone to alert you to the other call, and will repeat the tone ten seconds later if you don’t switch calls. The party trying to reach you will hear a ringback tone.

Call Waiting for Caller ID

While on a call, your ID unit or phone will show the number or name or both of the second party that is calling depending on which service you have.

See the number of the party calling before you answer the phone.

Caller ID Deluxe

See the name and number of the party calling before you answer the phone.

Speed Calling

The Speed Calling Service allows you to call frequently used or important numbers by dialing a one-digit or two-digit code. A Speed Calling code may contain up to 15 digits, thus permitting you to store both local and long distance phone numbers.

Three Way Calling

Three way calling allows you to add a third party to an existing conversation without operator assistance. You may use this feature whether you received or placed the original call.

Voice Mail

Simple – Convenient – Reliable. This is the message with New Hope Telephone’s “new” voice mail system. You can easily set-up your mail box with convenient greeting options including your own personalized password and start receiving calls within minutes.

Selective Caller Rejection

You can program your phone to reject calls from any number you place in the rejection list. When your service is turned on, any callers in this list will hear an announcement that you’re not accepting calls at this time. All other calls will ring through as usual.

Anonymous Caller Rejection

A feature that allows subscribers to reject calls from parties who have a privacy feature that prevents the disclosure of the calling party number. When the feature is active, the incoming calls with a calling party number marked as private are routed to a denial announcement. Incoming calls with a calling party marked as public and incoming calls without calling party number information remain unaffected.

Teen Line / Distinctive Ring
