The company hereby announces changes to the rates for international calling.  These changes were necessitated by changes in the access charges being paid by the company.  The rates can be found on the International Long Distance Rates link.  The Changes to the rates will be effective July 1, 2002.

Customer Advance Notice of Rate/Price Changes and Other Terms and Condition Changes

August 20, 2001. Company clarifies language governing the billing of Dedicated Inbound 800 Service and Switched 800 Inbound Service.

The Company hereby announces revision of that language contained in your SDR Document describing how you are billed for the two Services mentioned above. Previously, the SDR Document provided that for each such Service there was a monthly subscription charge, as well as a per-minute usage charge. The revised language clarifies that when you subscribe to either of these Services, you have a minimum monthly service requirement -- not a monthly recurring subscription charge, of $25.00 for Dedicated Inbound 800 Service and of $5.00 for Switched Inbound Service. That minimum only becomes important when your total monthly charges for either Service, using the applicable per-minute usage charge, are less than the minimum monthly service requirement.

We hope that this clarifies any questions you may have had regarding how the Company bills for these services. Both services are billed according to their applicable per-minute usage rate, subject to a minimum monthly usage requirement.
